Meadow Garden is a professional Chrysanthemum cultivation enterprise based in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia. Founded in 1993, Meadow Garden has gathered over 20 years of experience from seedling cultivation to full-production packaging line.

Meadow Garden is renowned in the marketplace both locally and abroad for being one of the few Malaysian companies to produce a wide variety of high-quality chrysanthemums. We take pride in employing cultivation technology and planting techniques. We are involved in alllevels of integrated chrysanthemum production.

Meadow Garden is built on the back of 3 humanistic principles, which are attentive, sensitive and supportive.

Attentive

We are aware of the demand of our customers, which is to obtain high-quality products at competitive prices. Extra attentions are given from seedling cultivation to full-production packaging line so that every Chrysanthemum stalk is just as good as before. We make sure that only the finest Chrysanthemums regardless of their locations.

Sensitive

It is important to be environmentally-sensitive so that the negative effects of industrial farming could be minimised to the lowest levels, ensuring the delicate nature of Cameron Highlands is least disturbed. The soil conditions in our farm have been painstakingly rehabilitated and maintained made possible by modern technology and organic fertilisers recycled from Chrysanthemum residues. We believe that sustainable farming is the only solution to maintain our products at the highest quality.

Major Chrysanthemum Variety

'Jimba', which gives amazing white blooms, is known to be the most sought-after Chrysanthemum variety in Japan.

We have gathered many experiences in Jimba's cultivation, which is now planted in our farms in great quantity. There are morethan 50 varieties of Chrysanthemum available, all of which are well sought-after. Our market for the Jimba's is largely Japanese.

Geography and Environment

Nestling in the pristine environment of Cameron Highlands, Meadow Garden is blessed with tropical highlands climate and a range of altitudes. These 2 elements are essential to the cultivation of a number of Chrysanthemum varieties our customers desire. While the highest farm is at an altitude over 1450m above sea level, all other farms are over 1000m above sea level.

Chrysanthemums are suitable for cultivation in Cameron Highlands' mild climate all year round as Malaysia has neither distinct four-season nor wet and dry seasons. With the adoption of smart farming technologies and other farming techniques, we are now able to produce high-quality Chrysanthemums consistently which have won us many accolades worldwide.

Plant Production

As a company striving to provide the best products to our customers, the growth of Chrysanthemum is closely monitored 24 hours a day, all year long. The blooming of Chrysanthemums is effectively conditioned using 'photo periodical reaction', enabling us to control our harvesting period precisely with an error margin less than 2 days.

Besides being a close technological partner with Dutch companies, which gives us the best industrial insights in Chrysanthemum farming, the company has also garnered immense experience in managing over 300 workers from various countries, whom every worker is equally important for our continuous expansion of plantation efforts.

Technological Alliance

For many years, Meadow Garden has been working closely with its strategic partners in the Netherlands, who specialise in the research and development of Chrysanthemum technology. They have helped us introducing new varieties to the market, especially to meet the increasing and changing demand of the Japanese market.

This alliance has allowed us to grow high-quality Chrysanthemums made possible by technology transfers in Chrysanthemum cultivation. Meadow Garden is honoured to receive technical supports from these leading R&D companies in the trial tests of new variety cultivation besides an annual comprehensive technical support. Our partners from the Netherlands would travelled from their home countries make regular farm visits, introducing the latest plantation technology and sharing the best industrial practices with us.
